Nicole is currently Managing Director of Operations at DataKInd, an organization based in NYC that helps other mission-drive organizations harness the power of data science to increase their efficiency and impact. As a Global Fellow, she worked in Nairobi, Kenya with Juhudi Kilimo, which provides micro asset financing to smallholder Kenyan farmers. Previously she worked with Capital One Bank, Grameen Foundation, and Accenture. Nicole holds a B.A. in Economics from William & Mary, and an M.S. in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
