Nic Odhiambo is the Co-Founder of Organic Life Limited, an agri-technology social enterprise based in Nairobi that leverages technology at the intersection of sustainable food systems and positive human health to develop relevant solutions in the value chain. A Fellow of the Future Food Institute, Nic is a Chef-Entrepreneur and author passionate about food systems and how food can be used as a powerful tool. Currently, he is focused on developing a food wastage reduction framework for hotels and restaurants.
