Neeraja is State Programme Officer for Transformation of Aspirational Districts Programme (TADP) - Chhattisgarh. She collaborates with the district administration and state government, and mentors TADP fellows on focused interventions in health, nutrition and agriculture in their districts. Neeraja began her career as a Software Engineer and later joined the Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellowship, working in Naxal affected Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh on Malnutrition, Livelihood and Women’s issues. She completed an MSc in Public Policy from University College London.
