N’zani is the Founder and President of The Hijabi Mentorship Program, an initiative that creates transformative social change by empowering youth. She is focused on championing intentional policies that reduce social and economic inequalities in her community by addressing sexual and reproductive health rights, gender based violence, mental health, child rights and work force development.
