Previously, Saad was working as an Implementation Consultant for Punjab Education Sector Program II (PESP II), a reform project which provides technical assistance to the government, and designs reforms for improving the access and quality of education. Currently, Saad is working at the new Development Finance vertical created by the Habib Bank Limited, and plans target Agricultural reforms through it. Saad got his Master of Public Administration at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and was a Fulbright Scholar there.
