Mohit is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer working in some of the worst Left Wing Extremism affected areas of India. He started highly successful community policing initiatives ‘Manva Puna Bijapur’ and 'Ghotial Police' connecting 30000+ youth through sports, educational and cultural activities and transformed police stations into citizen and employee friendly units. He has been conferred prestigious 1stBar to Police Medal for Gallantry and National Award. He is an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad.
