Mikol is the Director of World Central Kitchen’s Food Producer Network, an initiative to support communities impacted by climate change by building resilient local food systems and strengthening food security. The program works in disaster-prone regions in the Caribbean and Central America, with plans to expand further in the years to come. Mikol has been promoting local food systems for over a decade through her expertise in business development, operations, and project management, with her work centering around disaster recovery and agritourism. She speaks five languages and is a published food and travel writer.
