Medha co-heads Pratham Institute, the livelihoods organization of Pratham. Medha has spent 5 years scaling the nascent organization and building solutions for workforce development, entrepreneurship at the bottom-of-the-pyramid and women in the workforce. Pratham Institute has provided skilling to over 120,000 youth and supported 2000+ women to start their microenterprises. Medha is passionate about enabling equitable access to learning and employment opportunities.
