For the past five years, Mashall was director of Reading Room Project (RRP), a non-profit consultancy for affordable schools in Pakistan. RRP created specialised curriculum and educator training programs to enable joyous, independent learning. RRP achieved its impact through collaborating and co-authoring a program of change with partner schools who wished to dramatically enhance their quality of education. Mashall holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and is currently taking a break to return to school.
