Mashal is Co-Founder of the Women’s Division at Karachi United Football Foundation, a nonprofit that leverages the power of football to create tangible community development. She designs and implements sport-specific social impact strategy, develops metrics and evaluates their success, oversees women’s programs, and manages strategic partnerships. She also captains Karachi United's ladies football team. Mashal holds a bachelor’s in Kinesiology from McGill University, and dual master’s degrees from SZABIST (MBA) and Harvard University (MPA).
