Martha is Director of Fundación Casa en el Árbol, an organization that aims to contribute in the development of children, youth and women to have a better life quality. She has been a social worker for fourteen years, and she has experience in articulating and implementing public policies in rural communities; as well as in the management, implementation and evaluation of various kinds of social projects (cultural, educational, productive, reconciliation, security and citizenship). She is specialist in Public Management, Human Rights and a candidate for Master in Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.
