María del Mar has worked in the Andalusian Employment Service for 16 years and is the founder of ""Prepare for employment"". This program promotes employability for young people and groups with special difficulties in finding work, it empowers them and gives them the resources to have a decent life. She is an Agricultural Technical Engineer that 10 years ago launched a rural development project based on agro-ecology and sustainability, which has made Almócita (Almería) a municipality of national reference.
