Manmohan Singh is head of Aspirational Districts Collaborative (ADC) & Co-Founder of Kaivalya Education Foundation. Aspirational District Collaborative is an initiative of Piramal Foundation in partnership with NITI Aayog. ADC aim is to build hyper collaboration with local NGOs, Volunteers, SHG, Panchayats, Media, Faith Leaders to improve the lives of 180 million people living in 112 aspirational districts across 26 states in India. Manmohan believes in bringing together Sarkar, Samaj and Bazar at panchayat, block, and district level to leverage each other's strength for collective impact.
As Co-Founder of kaivalya Education Foundation, he has 20 years of experience in transforming public schools and public health in India. He has led design and implementation of various education transformation programs of the Foundation in last 14 years. His interest and expertise in building long term partnerships with state and central government is widely acknowledged. He has previously worked with WHO, Unicef, Pratham & MSF. Manmohan holds a postgraduate diploma in Conflict Analysis and Peace-Building from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He is an Acumen India Fellow, and an Aspire Circle Fellow.
