Manak is a feminist queer activist and development professional with over a decade of experience. He is currently the Executive Director of The YP Foundation, an organization that develops young people’s leadership and ensures their participation in creating policies and advocating for the rights of women, girls and other marginalized youth. The YP Foundation focuses in the areas of gender, sexuality, education, health and civic participation. Manak is a documentary filmmaker and holds a master’s in Mass Communication from Jamia Milia Islamia University.
