Malavika leads Fundraising at Pravah, an organization that builds youth leadership for effective social development. She is a strategic leadership team member and nurtures donor relationships. Over a decade at Pravah, she has supported the sustainability of youth-led start-ups, designed curricula, facilitated capacity building of grassroots organizations, and has represented issues of youth leadership in working groups of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Commonwealth, and United Nations Forums.
