Malathy is the Program Head for Apnalaya which works with the most marginalized and under-served communities in Mumbai. She had about 8 years experience in programme management, community engagement and leadership coaching. She has previously worked with Lend-A-Hand India, SPARSH - Centre for Participatory Learning and Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission in areas of project management , communication and knowledge management. She volunteers with Movement for Scavenger Community in scaling up community based centres and launching the Fellows for Equality Program.
