Madhukar is the Founder CEO of 'Leadership For Equity', which aims to build efficient and effective public education systems by implementing projects that reinforce at different levels. In 2015, he started the education vertical at 'Pune City Connect', where he continues to work with municipal administrators, corporate leaders, NGO’s and school teams to implement interventions for scaling quality education in all regional medium municipal schools. Madhukar previously spent five years with Teach For India - as a 2009 Fellow of the first cohort and also as a Manager working with the Pune city team. He also worked as a Senior Consultant with Gray Matters India and started his professional career in Product Marketing with Larsen & Toubro. Madhukar holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani. He is a 2015 Acumen India Fellow and also serves on the Advisory Board of Teach For India.
