Lopa is founding director of ELICIT, an organization dedicated to design innovative learning systems which respond to the changing educational needs in conflict impacted territories, currently Kashmir. She runs Dolphin International School based in Pulwama, South Kashmir as the Principal and Director of Design. A social designer, Lopa develops frameworks to empower local capacities and enhance resilience among students and teachers through ‘persistent action’. Lopa holds a PG in Designing Education from Srishti School of Arts, Design and Technology, Bangalore.
