Lima leads the women entrepreneurship ecosystem by building initiatives to enable women and other entrepreneurs grow and connect with relevant linkages that will help them grow into high impact individuals and future investments. She is a part of a compact team that focuses on investment targeting, facilitation and promotion for the State Government. Lima has prior experience in skill development, and holds a doctorate in social anthropology from Delhi University.
