Lezo is the Director of YouthNet, a non-profit based in Nagaland, the North East region of India. YouthNet is working with a vision to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem and encourage the private job sector in Nagaland. YouthNet also works closely with the Government of Nagaland and they have a joint program which is called 'IMPACT 5000 by 18'. He also manages Nagaland Job Center (NJC) which has helped over 800 youths secure jobs in the private sector. He holds an MBA from London South Bank University and studied strategy at Harvard Business School.
