Lewitt is the Founder & CEO of Life-Lab. Started in 2013, Life-Lab is an education based social enterprise working with more than 100 schools across 3 states with the support of more than 14 corporates. Life-Lab makes science education fun & engaging for children by building the capacities of teachers. Our intervention has led to an increment of 42.3 % in children's science scores (in school exams) and behavioural change in 65% of teachers who adopt Inquiry-Based Learning in classrooms. With a team of 30+, our scale-up plan is to reach out to more than 150 schools across 9 Indian states in the academic year 2016 – 2017. Lewitt is an Ashoka Fellow & Teach For India Fellow and earned his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering.
