Leo lived in Uganda since graduating from Oxford in 2013 – starting with a year at Makerere University’s Nsibirwa Hall and now with his wife Esther and daughter Emara. At Nsibirwa, the model to coach young social entrepreneurs at the very start of their journeys was formed with the realisation that technical and emotional guidance was more important than immediate financing.
