Lara leads Design and Innovation at Uninhibited, working on de-stigmatising menstrual health in marginalised communities. Prior to Uninhibited, she led behaviour change for WASH programs at Tata Trusts, and the menstrual hygiene management programme. Lara is a Young India Fellow and holds a master’s degree in social work counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and is a certified practitioner of Human-Centred Design.
