Lakshwin is Chief Operating Officer of Women Of Will (WOW), an NGO focused on empowering disadvantaged women in Malaysia by helping them become entrepreneurs. WOW works with low-income women in Kuala Lumpur by providing microcredit and training, and helps women in Sabah start their own organic farms. Prior to WOW, Lakshwin worked in professional training and telecommunications and graduated with a degree in Marketing with Psychology from Portsmouth University.
