Lakshmi holds strong ground in the development sector with 10+ years of corporate experience. She led the operations of Hasiru Dala Innovations (HDI) as Chief Operations Officers. At HDI she worked with urban waste-workers to build predictable livelihood options in waste-management and established roboust processes for sales and operations at scale. Currently, Lakshmi is striving to expand her work, serving organisations in under-resourced cities. She dreams to build meaningful collaborations and relationships, among organisations, across sectors and geographies - bringing sustainable solutions to create lasting change for the poor.
