Kaushik is the co-founder of Kheyti (www.kheyti.com), a social enterprise helping smallholder farmers in India earn a steady dependable income through market driven technology solutions. Kheyti offers farmers the “Greenhouse-in-a-Box”, an affordable modular greenhouse bundled with end-to-end services. Kaushik has worked in the social impact space in India for seven years, five of which were as a part of the leadership team of B-ABLE, a vocational training institution that has helped more than 70,000 school dropouts get linked to mainstream jobs through high quality training and placement services. Kaushik is an Acumen India Fellow 2014 and has has Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
