Director of Helpline for Vulnerable Populations for the nonprofit Te Abrazo Choco.

Kattya was born in Quibdó and is the Director of the Phone Line of Attention Vulnerable Population of the non-profit Te Abrazo Choco. She also coordinates a program called "More Active and Visible Adults for All" that has benefited so far 160 elderly. Kattya is a lawyer from Universidad Tecnológica del Choco and a graduate course in college teaching from Corporación Internacional de Lideres ONG. She is a beneficiary of the program DALE from Acumen's partner, Manos Visibles.
