Karthikeyan is the Founder of Sristi Foundation and a psychologist with 15+ years working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He witnessed people with disabilities faced exclusion, neglect, and other disadvantages that limit their participation in mainstream society. Sristi Foundation is providing the opportunity to learn farming skills and practically apply them to generate income, and become self-sustaining and independent in order to lead a dignified life.
