Belise is based in Kigali, Rwanda and has been involved in development for the past 4 years. Having started her career in the public sector, at the time Rwanda was launching and establishing her first Sovereign Wealth Fund, she now works for a research consulting firm, Laterite, where she works on socioeconomic research projects. Belise specializes in planning and running large data collection projects in Rwanda, whether quantitative or qualitative, which serve to inform policy and programming in the development sector. Her research interests lie in enabling women’s access to education, a catalyst to their socio-economic welfare and contribution to society.
