José Miguel is part of the development team at Hispaled Insertion Company. In Hispaled, from industry 4.0, leads generation processes for future employability of young people in vulnerable situations. He promotes the movement "Lighting Futures Network", which links major business, government and social institutions for that goal. José Miguel is an industrial engineer and has over 12 years experience in coordinating projects against child and youth exclusion, both in Spain and Peru.
