Jon Stever is leading on the development of new methodologies to engage communities in national and regional policy design. Jon facilitated the co-creation of the Africa Innovation Policy Manifesto, and is the catalyst of i4Policy. He is Founder of The Office and a co-Founder and Managing Director of Impact Hub Kigali, a community innovation hub in Rwanda. Jon began his career in the development non-governmental organization sector supporting the Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative and then as an ODI Fellow and Macroeconomist for the Rwandan Ministry of Finance. He combines the experience of working for governments, the private sector, civil society, and international organizations with being an artist, community builder, entrepreneur and trainer in the innovation ecosystem. Jon serves in a number of advisory roles, such as the European Commission and African Union Commision's joint Digital Economy Task Force.
