Jojo Lam is the Co-Founder and COO of Teach For Cambodia. Since 2016, she has worked with the CEO to launch and grow TFC into the 100-person organization that it is today. Jojo is most proud of the leadership TFC has enabled among young Cambodians who are committed to nation-building, collective leadership, and providing children with the education, support and opportunities to create a better future. Jojo grew up in the USA and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. She spent 10 years working in the private sector and at an innovative business school. In 2015, she took a career break and volunteered with the Harpswell Foundation, a women's leadership nonprofit in Cambodia. She lived in dormitories for a year, mentoring young Cambodian women and getting to know their life stories, eventually seeking to make a broader impact through public education.
