John Wills is a highly skilled and qualified Psychologist and Acumen Fellow with a proven record of accomplishment. He has a deep passion for coaching, mentoring, safeguarding, and organizational behavior; he is committed to developing African leaders by equipping, enlightening, and engaging different sectors. John's expertise in mentorship, coaching, leadership development, psychosocial support, strategic curriculum development, and promoting youth and women's enterprises is unmatched in closing gender gaps and disparity. He has consistently supported organizations and created an understanding of the nature and conditions of people and work in an attempt to predict and improve it for human dignity. John has authored three interventions namely, Leaders Crest, Brave Hearts Leadership Program, Father to Son, and Mum’s Diary. He aims to elevate individuals and work through knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and skills.
