John Wills Njoroge is Co Founder and Executive Partner of Lead Global Impact Limited. To date (2017),Lead Global Impact an organization that empowers young African leaders with an aim of deploying responsible inventive individuals. LGI has mentored over 3000 children and youth to understand individualistic leadership roles for national transformation and has supported 15 institutions design-mentoring modules. They run a cost effective quality leather products program ‘Shod’, which delivers shoes especially to public school children. John has authored two books, ‘Father to Son’ and ‘Brave Hearts’. He holds BA in International Relations and Security Studies and Psychology from Daystar University.
