Jefyne is the Co-Founder of The Vantage Group, a boutique consulting firm based in Monrovia, Liberia that helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build capacity and become more competitive in the market. She leads the business development division and designs and manages programs for SMEs at various stages of their entrepreneurial journeys. Before her role at The Vantage Group, Jefyne served on the Liberia Chamber of Commerce as an Executive Council Member, advocating for SMEs and women-owned businesses. She is also the Co-Founder of the MRU Business Women's Network. Jefyne holds an MBA from Texas Southern University and is a certified PMP.
