Isabel has 20 years of working experience with a vulnerable population and has spent more than 11 years working with the Agencia para la Reincorporación y Normalización - ARN, the governmental organization that is in charge or bringing excombatants back to civilian life. With her accompaniment, she seeks to promote personal growth in each ex-combatant; and helping them reach their full potential. With this, she has a direct impact on the peace building initiatives in the country. Isabel is a psychologist and Social Manager of Universidad Javeriana.
