Spain Fellow
Irene is specialized in the use of communication for social change. She is currently the Managing Director of Change.org Foundation, which promotes citizen activism in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. She was previously director of Change.org campaigns in Spain and Director of campaigns and studies Oxfam Intermón, and worked in the Department of Human Rights of the European Commission in Brussels. Irene has a master's degree in human rights and democracy by the University of Padova.
