Mexico City, Mexico Ian is the Co-Founder of Vero Amore, a sustainably sourced healthy food company engaging in regenerative agriculture in Mexico and Colombia. They contribute to the conservation and reforestation of more than 70 thousand hectares of tropical jungle and the livelihoods of more than 8000 small farmers in historically conflict-prone regions. Ian is a former officer of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and a graduate of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, as well as a Sivananda yoga teacher and health-coach.
