Hiren serves as a Chief Strategy Officer in SDAU Rural Business Incubation Center which helps producer organizations and social enterprise having potential to impact rural communities grow sustainably. He also provides training to producer organisations to help them in business planning and setting up strong governance and management systems. Prior to SDAU RBIC, Hiren was associated with a social development organization, Yuva Mitra which works in the areas of livelihood promotion, water resources development, health and education with the aim of shaping sustainable development in rural areas. Having a post graduate diploma in Rural Management, Hiren believes that strong producer organizations are key to solve some of the complex challenges faced by farmers.
