Herbert Diego Mugume
Herbert is from Kigali, Rwanda and is an Analyst with Citibank, which is the consumer division of financial services multinational Citigroup. Previously with KZ Noir – a fair trade coffee business that supports smallholder farmers in rural Rwanda – where he helped to positively impacted 12,000 lives by connecting local producers with international markets. Herbert has also worked with the Rwanda Development Board and the World Fair Trade Organization (formerly COFTA). He holds a master's degree in Operations Management from Kettering University.
