Henry Othieno
Founder and CEO of Tusafishe

Henry Othieno is the Founder and CEO of Tusafishe, a social enterprise that builds water purification systems for large, marginalized communities in Uganda. He is passionate about helping marginalized communities find solutions to their most challenging issues. Tusafishe also trains rural women in biological water purification technology so that they can build domestic filters to sell and earn income. Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and a Certificate in Applied Social Innovations.
