Henry is an Entrepreneur, transformationist and thought leader. He is Founder and Chairman of Rabboni Group Ltd, a regional transport, distribution and Agroprocessing business based in Uganda. He started the business out of a personal desire to solve challenges that he faced growing up on the farm which he knew were not unique to his family. His business design is completing the entire delivery cycle connecting Agronomy, Aggregation and Route to market. The company’s broader goal is to improve the "middle mile" agribusiness space which is largely controlled by middlemen who often leave farmers modest margins. He has a keen interest in microfinance for farmer-groups and Entrepreneurs. He holds a master’s degree in Land Administration from the University of Twente, Holland.
