Gopal is pioneering thought-leadership in the social sector with bold new ideas, bringing operational excellence and systems thinking among his advisory to various nonprofits. Previously, Gopal has co-founded Youth4Jobs Foundation, a leading non-profit working with and for the 20,000 people with disabilities in skill development and employment, sensitized more than 5,000 corporate managers and leaders in adopting disability inclusion at their workplace. Gopal has led the program scale and expansion in India, Mauritius and East Africa.
