George Mkwaya
George is from Zanzibar, Tanzania and is the Project Coordinator of Zanzibar Initiative for Youth Association (ZIFYA), which is a community development organization that creates educational and employment opportunities for youth in Zanzibar. ZIFYA currently runs a prawn farming initiative that annually employs about 30 young people and trains over 150 people per month. George has experience in tourism, as a teacher, and as a community leader. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the Open University of Tanzania.
