Fernando leads the Foundation "Ayuda en Acción". He has led the transformation of the organization to increase the impact of its programs in more than 20 countries. He seeks to increase the autonomy of people living in extreme vulnerability, providing capabilities to seize the opportunities of the environment. He has worked on this goal for public, private and academic organizations in different parts of the world. He graduated in Economics and Business Sciences and specialized in economic development in Latin America.
