Felipe has been working in the social sector for 7 years, focusing on standardizing processes, on implementing lean operations and managing finances in social organizations. He is the Director of Operations and Finance at Coschool, a social education venture that seeks to transform the colombian educational system through the development of socio-emotional skills in young students and educators.
