Fatiha is the Founder of the project "শুচিতা (Shuchita)," a movement to endure safe Menstrual Hygiene Management in the marginalized communities of Bangladesh. Shuchita provides free training and materials to make reusable pads, monitor progress, and raise awareness. Along with Shuchita, Fatiha simultaneously runs many other community development projects like Krishi-Bipanan, Matiyal and Nagar-Upakhyan with her research organization Perceive. She holds a bachelor in architecture and masters in Disaster Management.
