Fahim is a Director in the Alternative Investments team in Ibdar Bank, Bahrain where he manages a portfolio of private equity investments across the Middle East. Fahim worked with Western Seed Company in Kenya as a Global Fellow where he helped smallholder farmers increase their yields by using the company's hybrid seeds. Fahim was previously a consultant with the EY's Global Islamic Finance team in Bahrain. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder.
