Evi Kaban has 20 years of experience working with international humanitarian organizations. She manages various projects focusing on the agriculture value chain, producer organization, children, women and youth empowerment, (agro) forestry, disaster risk reduction, climate change, and community-based waste management. Her expertise is in the coffee and cocoa value chain, strengthening producers’ organizations and small and medium enterprises, women and youth empowerment, and waste management. Ms. Kaban has deep experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning and provides leadership to country team members to ensure project impact and accountability. Working in several regions in Indonesia enhanced her management skills by being highly culturally sensitive and her ability to contextualize project approaches. She has also proven reliable in managing multiple projects remotely without compromising project quality.
