Evelyn is from Kampala, Uganda and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vouch Digital Limited, a social enterprise that is using the power of data and digital platforms & payments to improve cash-based programs. Vouch Digital has set up electronic voucher platforms to help development agencies such as MercyCorps and WFP distribute life-changing goods and items to beneficiaries in a fast, effective and transparent way. Evelyn is an IT professional and has experience in start-ups, technology for development as well as business development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Makerere University, and received the Anita Borg Change Agent Award in 2012.
