Eunice is the County Chief Officer at the Department of Education and Information & Communications Technology in the Homa Bay County Government in Kenya, where she manages a staff of 1,800. Passionate about women and girls, she leads mentorship programs for girls and performs trainings and sensitization meetings for women. She has also run the Ramula HIV Support Group that works to reduce the stigma of HIV in her community for the last 12 years.
